Hi! I'm the owner of the cattery name S*Softskins. I am called Cindy and is living in a big beautiful house in Mölndal/Gothenburg in Sweden together with Fredrik, that I am engaged to, and our cats. On this page, I intend to tell you a little about myself! It begun in 2002. I lived in Lysekil, in an apartment along with my hairy cat Siri. I was allergic all the time, with stuffed nose and so on. When I moved home to Fredrik in Gothenburg, I took the dificult decision to relocate Siri, for my own health's sake. However, my beloved Siris health didn´t come in second hand. She hade to live at my mother´s place until I found someone that actually could give her the love she needed! And at Christmas 2003 she moved to a wonderful couple in Brastad, she became single-handed cat queen in the house, which was the best for her then she does not enjoy living with other cats. After a time in Gothenburg I begun to feel depressed not having any animals around. I was used to have animal both at home and at my mother´s plase, that I visited daily. Now I had no animals and I could only visit my mother in the weekends. Of a hazard, I tumbled over the Sphynx and became lightning in love. Well, I thought that the cats were pretty ugly, but they were my last chance to have a cat again! I began to search and found Eva-Lill in Alingsås. She had 2 sphynxes, and I went there in order to sniff on the cats to find out if i was allergic or not, and Fredrik got along, obstinate, in order to look at the ugly cats. After a couple of hours I was certain that I tolerated the cats and that Fredrik were in love whith the fellows!! Peasches cattery was in the their startup phase and I was forced to search for another cattery in order to find a kitten to us. Thanks Eva-Lill for letting me come and sniff! At Elite Cats Cattery I queued up. They were one of the few catterys I found and Carina and David where such nice people. I waited almost a year to get my little Sushi! June 5, 2004, we went up north to Alfta in order to bring home our little girl Sushi! Thanks Carina and David for Elite Cats Amazing Grace!! I was hungry for more cats because I knew that I wanted to become a breeder! I have always had animals around me. I have breed several rodents and delivered some both cat and dog litters I knew that I had the basic knowledge and the rest I would learn along the way. I read and learn every day about cats and especially about the sphynx! The searching of my first BreedingQueen began and I found Naked Ones cattery. Lily was the most lovely kitten i´ve seen and I knew that I must have her! July 26, 2004, she moved home to us and Sushi became fond over companies. Thanks Annelie for Naked Ones Olivia! I got my cattery name 1 of October 2004 and S*Softskins first litter came in May 2005. I want to thank all of you that has helped me to get her!! And special thanks to my Fredrik for both psychological and economical aids. I had never come this far without you! It´s also he that has learned me to do homepages, thanks for that knowledge! I want to say special thanks to Jana Klima, Magic-Carpets cattery in Austria! She has helped me and suported me many times and has becomme an important person in my life. She has become a god friend and i edmire her so much! Thank you Jana for being my mentor and friend!!
